As a leadership we continue to discuss what are the safest, cleanest, and best ways to remain open while the Coronavirus situation continues to change. At this point we are seeking additional feedback from our church family on what we have already done and what we can do in the near future. Your completion of this survey will guide us in making the best decisions for the church..

Children's programming has been a core part of our Sunday morning services for a long time. Currently, our children have been in service with parents. Please indicate if this impacts your return to services *

Yes, having children's programming is important to my attendance at future services Yes, having children's programming is important, but I understand right now, and will attend with my children/grandchildren regardless of what's offered No, children's programming does not impact my attendance

To have 2 services, we will need help getting the building ready for a second service. Please indicate all the ways you would be willing to help. *
